The New York Times reported research done by retired C.I.A. analyst, Allen Thomson identifying a secret CIA weapons and ammunition dump at Camp Stanley near San Antonio Texas.  The base has links to our support of forces in Angola, Nicaragua and Afghanistan and even some trading with Iran. 

Interesting read as the circumstantial evidence makes a strong case.
