AP reported Saudi Arabia sentenced 27 people to jail time for planning attacks on US bases in Qatar with grenades, rockets and mortar fire.  They were also interested in getting bomb making training in Iraq so they could use car bombs against US bases in Qatar in Kuwait.   The cell consisted of 41 members, 38 Saudis and one each from Qatar, Afghanistan and Yemen.
