STUNNING NYT article released today outlining the administrations dithering approach to Syria over the last two years.  It talks about the President’s lack of interest, decisions to think about it, fears of mission creep based on his Libya experience, switching positions of senior aides; and the glacial pace of arming rebels a YEAR after the DoD and CIA recommended that course of action.
