Sgt. Joshua Moore was awarded the Navy Cross for his actions in a firefight in MarJah Afghanistan where he threw back an enemy hand grenade, exposed himself to fire, evacuated a fellow wounded Marine and engaged the enemy with direct fire.  Several other men were also recognized with medals for valor for their actions during the incident.  Well done all the way around!
