Chinese trend of harassing US warships.  On Dec 5^th a Chinese warship stopped in the path of a US warship that would not stop when ordered to by a Chinese warship in international waters.  The US warship took evasive maneuvers.  In June a US warship was told by Chinese ship it needed permission to operate in waters 100 mi from Chinese coast.  The US ship continued operating.  That same ship was harassed by five Chinese ships with water hoses in 2009.
