SAS conducting raids behind ISIS lines

The Daily Mail is reporting that British SAS are conducting raids on ISIS forces behind their lines.  Using drone footage and signals intelligence to identify ISIS checkpoints or troop concentrations, the SAS is inserted by Chinook helicopter up to 50 miles from the objective.  SAS troops then use four wheel ATVs to move and attack under cover of darkness.  They estimate they have killed 200 insurgents.  Only 19,800-29,800 to go.

The approach is no doubt worthwhile in keeping ISIS off balance at the unit level until an offensive can be mounted.  My immediate concern is how long it will take for ISIS to set up an ambush or shoot down a Chinook.  The utility of using ATV’s to move to the fight is the same concept driving the UCLV.
